We provide technical advisory services to EMAAR for the power and water generation services for the new King Abdullah Economic City located on the Red Sea coast in the western region and shall be home to approximately two million inhabitants.
The new development will include the biggest port on the west coast, an industrial district, central business district, resort, educational zone and residential area. We have been appointed to undertake feasibility study, preparation of tender documents, adjudication of offers and construction supervision for Phase 1, as part of the development of the City's power and water generation facilities which are due to be completed in 10 phases with the final stage being in 2026.
